De Reizen van de Dag van Peking

Onderzoeken, Reserves & het Boeken
De onderzoeken, de Reserves en Boeken voor om het even welke reis door de Reizen van de Dag van Peking kunnen slechts online gebruikend de vorm worden gemaakt die op wordt gepubliceerd Reserve-pagina. Nadat de Reizen van de Dag van Peking uw reserve heeft ontvangen zult u een antwoord via e-mail met verdere informatie ontvangen. Normaal kunt u verwachten om een antwoord binnen 8 uren te ontvangen; als er reizen op dagen zijn dat u uw onderzoek verzendt, kan het langer duren om een antwoord te ontvangen. Het is belangrijk dat u een correct e-mailadres in bovengenoemde vorm ingaat; als u er niet in slaagt te doen zodat zal het voor de Reizen van de Dag van Peking onmogelijk zijn om u een antwoord te verzenden. Met sommige e-mailleveranciers/diensten kan wordt verzonden het antwoord dat door de Reizen van de Dag van Peking omhoog in uw troep/spam omslag beëindigen. Het is uw enige verantwoordelijkheid om dit/deze omslagen te controleren.

Annuleringen
Het bericht van annulering moet door de Reizen worden ontvangen van de Dag van Peking in het schrijven van laatst 48 uren alvorens de reis begint. De annuleringen die door de Reizen van de Dag van Peking binnen deze 48 uurtermijn zijn worden ontvangen onderworpen aan de volgende sancties:
- 36-48 uren van vertrek: 25% van totale reisprijs;
- 24-36 uren van vertrek: 50% van totale reisprijs;
- 12-24 uren van vertrek: 75% van totale reisprijs;
- 0-12 uren van vertrek: totale reisprijs (100%).
De betalingen van de sanctie kunnen in contant geld, via PayPal of via bankoverdracht worden gedaan.

Verzekering
De Reizen van de Dag van Peking kunnen voor om het even welk ongeluk aan zich of uw bezit en in het bijzonder om het even welke gevolg of gevolgen verantwoordelijk worden gehouden niet van vlucht/trein/busannulering/vertraging, diefstal, ziekte, weersomstandigheden, de interventie van de Overheid of andere dergelijke het gebeuren. U wordt geadviseerd om tegen om het even welk mogelijk risico te verzekeren dat kan voorkomen en in het bijzonder ervoor zorgen dat de voldoende verzekering met betrekking tot om het even welke afhankelijke verwanten is verkregen. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid dat door verzekering moet worden gedekt die adequate dekking voor bagage moet omvatten, medische uitgaven en de kosten van repatriëring indien u te ziek om wordt verder te gaan. Om het even welke eisen moeten aan uw verzekeraars worden geleid.

Versie en Verklaring van afstand van Aansprakelijkheid, Veronderstelling van Risico en de Overeenkomst van de Schadevergoeding
Alle deelnemers van een reis door de Reizen van de Dag van Peking moeten een „Versie en een Verklaring van afstand van Aansprakelijkheid“ ondertekenen alvorens de reis begint. Additionally participants of a trip to the non-restored section of the Great Wall have to sign a “Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement” before the trip commences. Samples of these can be sent to you upon request. If you and/or any of the participants of the trip cannot sign these, booked trip will not commence and you agree to pay the entire fee (100%) as quoted by Beijing Day Trips and agreed by you upon booking.

All Content in and on our site is for information purposes only. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Copyrights
By using the Site, you acknowledge that, notwithstanding that Beijing Day Trips permits access to the Content, unauthorized use of the Site/Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Modification, publication, transmission, participation in the transfer or sale of, reproduction, creation of derivative works from, distribution, performance, display, incorporation into another web site, mirroring this site or in any other way exploiting any of the Content of this Site, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from Beijing Day Trips, is strictly prohibited.
