Enquiries, Reservations and Bookings for any trip by Beijing Day Trips can only be made online using the form published on the للاستعلام والتحفظات ، وحجز اي رحلة من جانب بكين يوم رحلة لا يمكن الا ان يكون على الانترنت باستخدام شكل منشور على Reservations-page - التحفظات الصفحه . After Beijing Day Trips has received your reservation you will receive a reply via email with further information. بكين اليوم بعد تلقى الرحلات حجز الخاص بك ستتلقي الرد عبر البريد الالكتروني على مزيد من المعلومات. Normally you can expect to receive a reply within 8 hours; if there are trips on days that you send your enquiry, it can take longer to receive a reply. عادة يمكنك ان تتوقع الحصول على الرد في غضون 8 ساعات ؛ اذا كانت هناك رحلات على الأيام التي كنت ارسال الاستفسار ، ويمكن ان تستغرق وقتا اطول لتلقي اي رد. It is important that you enter a correct email address in said form; if you fail to do so it will be impossible for Beijing Day Trips to send you a reply. ومن الاهميه بمكان ان تقوم بإدخال عنوان البريد الالكتروني صحيح وقال في شكل من الاشكال ؛ اذا كنت لم يفعل ذلك سيكون من المستحيل للرحلات إلى بكين يوم يرسل لك الرد. With some email providers/services the reply sent by Beijing Day Trips may end up in your junk/spam folder. مع بعض مزودي خدمات البريد الالكترونى / الرد الخدمات التي بعث بها بكين في اليوم حتى نهاية ايار / مايو الرحلات الخاصة بك في الزباله / مجلد البريد المزعج. It is your sole responsibility to check this/these folders. ومن الخاص بك المسؤولية الوحيدة للتأكد من هذه / هذه المجلدات.

Cancellations الغاء
Notice of cancellation must be received by Beijing Day Trips in writing latest 48 hours before trip commences. أشعار الالغاء يجب ان تكون وردت بكين في كتابه رحلات في اليوم الاخير قبل 48 ساعة من الرحله تبدأ. Cancellations received by Beijing Day Trips within this 48 hour term are subject to the following penalties: الالغاءات التي تلقاها بكين يوم 48 رحلة داخل هذا المدى ساعة تخضع لالعقوبات التالية :
- 36-48 hours of departure: 25% of total trip fee; -- 36-48 ساعة من مغادرة : 25 ٪ من اجمالي الرسوم وايابا ؛
- 24-36 hours of departure: 50% of total trip fee; -- 24-36 ساعة من مغادرة : 50 ٪ من اجمالي الرسوم وايابا ؛
- 12-24 hours of departure: 75% of total trip fee; -- 12-24 ساعة من مغادرة : 75 ٪ من اجمالي الرسوم وايابا ؛
- 0-12 hours of departure: total trip fee (100%). -- 0-12 ساعات من رحيل : مجموع رسوم الرحله (100 ٪).
Penalty payments can be done in cash, via PayPal or via bank transfer. عقوبة يمكن ان يتم الدفع نقدا ، عن طريق بأي بال او عن طريق التحويل المصرفي.

Insurance التأمين
Beijing Day Trips cannot be held responsible for any mishap to yourself or your property and in particular any consequence or effects of flight/train/bus cancellation/delay, robbery, sickness, weather condition, Government intervention or other such happenings. بكين يوم رحلة لا يمكن ان تعتبر مسؤولة عن اي حادث مؤسف لنفسك او الممتلكات الخاصة بك وعلى وجه الخصوص اي نتيجة او اثار الطيران / قطار / حافله إلغاء / تأخير ، والسرقه ، والمرض ، والأحوال الجوية ، والتدخل الحكومي أو غير ذلك من الاحداث. You are advised to insure yourself against any possible risk that may occur and in particular to ensure that sufficient insurance has been obtained in respect of any dependant relatives. ننصحك لتأمين نفسك ضد اي المخاطر المحتملة التي يمكن أن تحدث وعلى وجه الخصوص لضمان تأمين كاف قد تم الحصول عليها فيما يتعلق باى المعال الاقارب. It is your responsibility to be covered by insurance which must include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become too ill to continue. ومن مسؤوليتك ان تكون مغطاة بالتامين والتي يجب ان تتضمن تغطية كافية للأمتعة ، والنفقات الطبية وتكاليف الاعاده الى الوطن ينبغي ان تصبح انت ايضا اساءة للمتابعة. Any claims must be directed to your insurers. أي يجب أن تكون المطالبات الموجهة الى شركات التأمين الخاصة بك.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement اطلاق سراح والتنازل عن المسؤولية ، وتولى الخطر والتعويض اتفاق
All participants of a trip by Beijing Day Trips have to sign a “Release and Waiver of Liability” before the trip commences. جميع المشاركين في رحلة من جانب بكين اليوم رحلات الى توقيع "والافراج عن التنازل عن المسؤولية" قبل ان تبدأ الرحله. Additionally participants of a trip to the non-restored section of the Great Wall have to sign a “Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement” before the trip commences. وبالاضافة الى المشاركين في رحلة الى عدم استعادة قسم كبير من الجدار على التوقيع على "افتراض المجازفه والتعويض اتفاق" قبل ان تبدأ الرحله. Samples of these can be sent to you upon request. عينات من هذه يمكن أن ترسل لك عند الطلب. If you and/or any of the participants of the trip cannot sign these, booked trip will not commence and you agree to pay the entire fee (100%) as quoted by Beijing Day Trips and agreed by you upon booking. إذا كنت و / أو أي من المشاركين في هذه الرحله لا يمكن ان توقيع هذه ، حجز رحلة لن تبدأ وانت توافق على دفع كامل الرسوم (100 ٪) كما نقلت عنه ورحلات بكين اليوم والتى وافقت عليها تظهر لك عند الحجز.
