On October 9 Beijing Day Trips took 5 people on a day trip to the Summer Palace via the Imperial Canal. After our visit we drove back via the Olympic Green to catch a glimpse of the Olympic Stadiums, such as the Bird’s Nest (National Stadium), the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) and the National Fencing Gymnasium. The last stop of the day was a Beijing Duck restaurant.
